 REPAIR INFORMATION

Silver Creek Industries offers a one-year warranty on parts and labor. Lifetime repair service is available after one year for a minimal charge. Currently the maximum charge is $53.00, unless the unit is damaged by battery acid which will cost more. Once we receive your unit, it only stays in our manufacturing plant for 1-2 days, then we ship it back to you using UPS Ground (3-5 working days). If you have a unit to be repaired, simply follow the steps below. If you just need Replacement Parts, keep scrolling.
